Spotlight on Peatsorb Pure industrial grade Peat absorbent from prime bogs in Canada, Peatsorb is farmed in a renewable, sustainable manner. The harvested peat is then milled, sifted for impurities and then dried to have a moisture content of less than 11% at the time of packing. Unlike some peat products which have a higher moisture content, Peatsorb is highly efficient at absorbing hydrocarbons and does not leach out any of the absorbed material. Peatsorb is available in 226 litre and 113 litre bag sizes. Peatsorb is one of the best natural absorbent products available in the South African market.

New products We are testing Sunsorb and have found some great uses for this range of absorbents. This product is locally made in South Africa from sunflower seed husks and is looking as if it will become a very popular alternative to imported absorbents both because of lower costs as well as its excellent absorbent abilities.
